一、基本情况：
洪盼，女，中共党员，副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事肿瘤靶向药物的筛选研究，肿瘤化疗耐药和肿瘤转移的分子机制研究等。在天然中草药单体抗肿瘤研究等方面积累了丰富的经验。目前，主持国家自然科学基金1项，山东省高等学校“青创团队计划”团队项目1项，校级课题1项。在本领域期刊发表学术论文12篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者分别在Cell Death & Disease、Cancer Letters、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Phytotherapy Research、Journal of Natural Products等期刊发表SCI论文11篇（中科院一区3篇，中科院二区2篇）。
